Just because of a small mistake, she was cruelly punished by her owner. About two months ago, we were informed about a severely abandoned cat case. The little cat was brought by a motorcyclist to the garbage truck and discarded.
To prevent the cat from following, she even tied it to the truck’s side. The poor cat had to endure all of this just because it accidentally climbed and dirtied its owner’s bed. We were deeply upset and outraged by this despicable act. What kind of person could treat their pet like this?
The poor cat cried out in pain, its voice filled with agony. It struggled and writhed until its claws were bleeding and scratched. When we arrived, the cat was almost exhausted and lying still. Its body was soaked and dirty. I quickly took her to the hospital in a small cardboard box.
Fortunately, no diseases were found in the cat’s body. It only had superficial injuries and scratches from its recent struggles. She also suffered some psychological trauma and mild fear. The cat was very timid and afraid of humans, perhaps because it had lived in a harsh environment without being cherished.
After being discharged, the cat returned to the rescue team with us. In the early days, she always tried to escape and hide in dark corners.
But we remained patient and showed her genuine affection. Eventually, the cat slowly opened up and became friendlier.
Two weeks ago, she was adopted by a kind-hearted girl. She sent me these photos, and they look truly happy and joyful. We are delighted that she finally found a wonderful owner. The cat will never have to endure abuse and neglect again. We just want to convey to everyone watching this video that pets are your friends, not toys.
