According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff met Combs and Pierre at a lounge in Detroit, where Combs persuaded her to travel with them on a private jet to New York City. Before departing the lounge, the suit alleges that Pierre smoked crack cocaine and coerced the plaintiff into performing oral sex on him.
Once in New York City, the plaintiff was taken to a studio, where Combs, Pierre, and a third defendant allegedly subjected her to “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol.” The lawsuit claims that the three men took turns raping her in a bathroom at the studio after she became too intoxicated to give consent.
After the assault, the men purportedly left her on the bathroom floor before she was flown back to Michigan. Combs has denied the allegations of assault, while Pierre referred to the lawsuit as “a tale of fiction.”
